She asked me different question related to my experience and how I would handle some situations, tasks...but a strange surprising question was the one related to stress. I was asked whether I was able to work under very stressful conditions, because in their department, people work more that in the other departments from there and the situation was always stressful. I know it is important to be able to face stressful situations, but I do not find appropriate to tell me that there I would be working all the time under stress and I must be very strong. Declined third interview on account of being asked about family status/whether I had children; talent/HR followed up to investigate and called me, did a great job asking the right questions and acknowledging it was wrong. After being asked this type of question, I did not feel like a culture fit to work here reporting to this person if this type of question was considered appropriate and non-discriminatory in the interview.
