Unfortunately, I don't remember many of the questions, but we did 2 group activities. So basically, before you enter you get assigned to a table with other candidates. The VA will talk about the role the good and the bad, the expectations of their staff and how they have taken away benefits from staff as well. Afterwards that's when we did two group activities which were all scenario-based in the aviation industry - 1. something about how do you deal with an angry customer on board that's trying to put their handy carry. 2. Seating plan on the plane where you have to match the customers on the seats based on their needs. Here during the group activity they are marking you based on what you say etc. Hard to talk when everyone is talking over you. After this group activity was the individual interviews where you all leave the conference room and then they will call you individually. From memory one of the questions was why Virgin Australia, your strengths, surprised that I wasn't asked about my weakness.
