How would you deal with a customer who is unsure about something?
First up you are allocated a table with other candidates. You introduce yourself, and what your previous job was and then you have to say a 'fun fact' about you. This was followed by the Virgin staff explaining the job, and day to day operations and what to expect. You then work with your table in a group activity and then present it to the group. We all have a short break, and then called in for one-on-one interviews with a member of the Virgin Recruitment team. The lady I had was absolutely lovely. My 'interview' was basically a chat for her to find out a little more about me and my history. She then asked a few behavioural questions which was quite easy.
