Never got to that point. I suggest to anyone going through the Bob's system that is asked to do the video interview where you are literally talking to yourself, pass. I have been a retail hiring manager for over 40 years. Interviewing is a two-way conversation, and you should first have the opportunity to speak with a human, not a machine. Companies need to show value for your time, and what you are looking for.
