The position I was interviewing for was an overnight shift, 11pm to 730am so, I was asked if I would be able to work overnight and if I would consider myself a self starter and motivated to work with only 1 other person, which was the Night Auditor, and complete a checklist with no supervision. I was also asked about my experience as a Front Desk Agent and if I had used the Opera Property Management System. I enjoyed working overnight and was at Miramonte for over 2 years so it was a great experience!
