They asked me about a challenging time I had with a client and how I handled it.
Tell me about the time you successfully delivered a group AND 1:1 session, what was the result?
Make sure you give the results when you give examples. Even if they're very obvious. My interviewer would follow up any answer with, "And what was the result of that?"
