How would you explain radiation to someone who doesn't know about it?
All the question were pretty basic. What is your greatest strength, what is your greatest weakness, did you every have a time where you knew how to do somethings that was written down somewhere and did you follow the procedure or perform it from memory. They have very procedure driven processes and want to ensure that new applicant can follow direction, but not necessarily think.
How do you handle stress
Motivation to work for EDF was common to both telephone interview and face-to-face. Telephone interview is all competency based. Face-to-face can include technical quetsions but mostly competency and CV based for Health Physics.
How do you deal with a difficult boss?
