I was asked to invent a how-to situation, come up with a written guide, and then explain it in laymen's terms to the interviewers as if they were end users. It did not need to be something technical (IE: you could be teaching someone how to make wine, or change a tire). This was to test how well I could interface with customers regarding complex problems and resolutions.

The initial interview didn't ask me anything. They were just going over the position and the company culture. Didn't even really have much of a chance to sell myself in any wat.
