I was given two written tests. One for basic programming concepts and the other for networking. I aced the programming tests and was put in a track for a job as a developer.

Predictable questions but still need to be prepared. Phone screening, phone interview with hiring manager. Then panel interview. Less common to have the entire team in the room. Good for evaluating chemistry, interaction, plus done with process in just one 90 minute session. Process works well and is efficient. A little scripted and predictable but still need to be prepared.
