Describe a time where you had to deal with something that you didn't know the answer to? How did you solve it and keep the customer happy?
We didn't get that far. The first thing we talked about was the hours, and that this was now a graveyard shift. I immediately thanked him for his time, and told him that I was not interested in a position involving the graveyard shift & that I wouldn't have applied if I had known they'd changed it.
I didn't think any of the questions were too difficult to answer. I guess I just wasn't the person they were looking for even though I felt I was qualified for the position
