since it wasa helpdesk and support position,no detailed technical questions were asked and there were no unexpected surprises
The interviewer gave me very general questions, trying to gain understanding of my experience. The person was not prepared to conduct this interview, and was often the one asking me questions about IT basics (which is totally fair for her to do, none of this is her fault)
