It was more of a personality quiz they wanted to make sure I would fit in in the environment and with people. Favorite TV shows, what I do outside of work. Things of that sort.
Why do you want to work for our company?
There weren't any curve balls that I could remember. Just keep in mind that this is an IT company that has a lot of customer facing interactions and goes deep in the culture. if you don't fit the culture it'll be hard to fit in.
What makes you feel qualified to work at a childcare center?
