We taught a lesson they asked us about culture and it was easy to answer if you live in the city .
They asked if I had a preferred work location (which school in the county). I requested the 3 schools with the most challenging students.
What clubs, organizations, activities, sports can you advise or coach?

How would I deal with challenging students?
None, questions seemed pretty standard. I was asked to walk them through my lesson planning process from beginning to end. That was a new question.
I was asked, what kind of hobbies or interests do you have that will help you to be successful in your professional work.
They asked me what memebers of the community had said about their school. I was not from the area, so I felt as though I did not have a vaild answer for their question. I was also asked about other responsibilites I would not mind taking on other than the role as teacher. I would need to do more research on the additional responsibilites first.
How will you strive to improve the quality of instruction, and success rate of the students with limited to no recourses.
