Questions like do you know how to use a computer and Excel? Can you use the internet? There really were no difficult questions. They will hire almost anyone unfortunately because their turnover is tremendous, and most good candidates have already been hired and have left or will not apply there at all because of their poor reputation.
There really wasn't anything unexpected or difficult. I've been doing tech support for a really long time so the questions really weren't difficult.
Well, it isn't even difficult, but they want to know what situations you have been in that you had a customer with a problem and how you handled that problem.

I was asked about my background my business and sames experience. Some of the questions were: What do you know about our organization? What do you know about our products and services? Why should we hire you? What can you do for us?
