Look at the process from above. There are 500 questions or more throughout the process. They dig. Be prepared to answer anything. They want people looking for a career, not a job. You have to commit to the process so that they know you're committed to SAGE so they can commit to you in the end

No difficult questions at all; DM decided on me based on my resume and sent me to RD; RD was very conversational and made offer on site.
