Describe a time in which you had to face a difficult customer.
They asked me to answer a few math questions on the spot. Not sure how that applies to this position, and a better test would have been asking to break change different ways or something. I can't imagine them making a hiring decision based on this, though. It just felt like a way to fill the time with more questions.
