Behavioral. The on-site interview was such a joke. There were a few intern positions open, and many people to interview for each position. They had 6-8 people that were brought in for each position. I literally sat at a table with 5 other people waiting to interview for the same position. It was seriously the biggest waste of time, because when it finally got to be my turn to interview, the hiring manager wasn't even interested in me. She had this form that required her to take notes and record the interview, and she rushed to fill it out and ask me questions. She literally interrupted my answer to ask the next question in order to finish this stupid form. Then she rushed me out. It was the most insulting thing ever. I knew they already had their candidate in mind and had to give me a shot, but didn't care much to hear me out. I don't mind that I didn't get the job, I just mind that they wasted my time. If you have an interview with these people, make sure you have back up plans, because they will bring in many people for on-site interviews.
