It was very interesting. Group exercise all very friendly . Very relaxed atmosphere. Role plays . Speed dating interview panel. 5 minutes with each interview and bell goes on to next Interviewer. Each Interviewer had just one question . Had 5 minutes to get to know u then on to next Interviewer. There were 6 interviewers who each had one question and wrote down your answer as they happily got to know you and you character it was like speed date but in an interview for a job format. It was fun and chilled and everyone in the group enjoyed it. We were all then given a topic as a group to form a presentation as one to the interview panel. We each took on different roles in the presentation

No really difficult questions. Just the very typical - what are your strengths and weaknesses (which people really should stop asking these very canned questions!) -- and name three characteristics. When I named two and elaborated on them, he was insistent I add a third. It was weirdly nitpicky.
