It was a very relaxed interview, more like a chat really. The questions were along the lines of what you would expect, so things like "tell me about a time when have experienced....". They also asked questions about my interests and hobbies so they could understand more about me as a person.
We spoke about my experience (which is more than 10 years) Asked me what my favorite movie was and then asked general human resources questions. Asked me if I knew the ADP Payroll system and what HRIS system I have worked with.
