First two interviews were more casual, second was more formal behavioral questions based on my past experiences. I always struggle to answer the "interview difficulty" question, because I think if it's the right job for you the interview should be sort of easy? In any case, it did feel like a more casual interview process than a lot of other places I've interviewed at, which was refreshing. It's more about seeing whether it's a good fit for both you and Elastic.
