There weren't any difficult or unexpected questions - it was a very conversational interview, with typical questions related to prior experience, where I want to be in the future, what I want out of a career, and what interests me about the company/position. The interview process was very friendly/casual and seemed to be more about evaluating how we might flow as a team.

All interview questions were standard - where do you see yourself, why Alight, tell us about a time when you, and so forth.
Tell me about a time when you made a mistake / had to deal with difficult person / had conflicting priorities, etc
Tell me what you know about our company
Hiring Process was pretty easy. My manager asked me " if you were an animal which animal would you be" also he asked me " sell me this pencil" My job was not sales related neither was his. Confusing. Nothing related .
