The focus was on change management and organizational capability experience. There were not any difficult or unexpected questions throughout the process.
There was no real difficult question.
Not your normal questions. The questions asked were "what changes do you see in the future of HR," and how much I knew and worked with contracts.
They asked me to summarize my prior work experience as it related to the position I was applying for.
