They asked a lot of situational questions looking to understand how I reacted and or handled myself in different situations. Focus was dealing with ambiguity and operating in an environment that is very counter to traditional management structures where directives are pushed from the top down. Here there is a sense of employee level leadership that empowers people at the lowest level to make decisions on their own.
