There were general questions like tell me about yourself, etc what was your roles & responsibilities in previous company? How much you are aware of with excel? Do you have any doubt about the role? About your project? Are you comfortable with the job timings?
What is organisation culture?
It was a scenario question with out any background or goal so they would understand my approach. Like a great interviewer - as I answered they threw in more road blocks to see what I may do to be quick on my feet/ approach difficulties.

After asking me to explain about an innovative program that I had implemented in my career, to which I gave a very detailed answer (which she liked), she then asked me the same question five minutes later because she wasn't really listening the first time around. I gave a secondary answer as I was trying to be polite and she says, "Why would you tell me that answer - it's boring."
