How would you handle a difficult situation in HRIS? HRIS is more of an analytical role not behavioral which made no sense to ask. The whole interview took about 15 minutes. It was a waste of my time. Thoughts to recruiter...base your questions on actual scenarios that occur in HRIS related related role. Do not base your questions off of a regular interview list.
