It’s not about the questions that we’re asked it’s all about the connection with line manager in my role
I didn't like the interview approach...the interviewer was very light hearted and gave me the feeling that she is just trying to get rid of me and check another candidate of the list. She just asked me a couple of super general questions and then when my time to ask came she was very expeditive. I had other expectations...because such an approach makes me think that they don't care so much about the employees and they juat want to occupy the position to get the money from the contractor.
