she asked me to describe some situations were I was able to handle a Change in an organization or perform challenging tasks. She also asked me to describe my previous experience and why I fit well in the organization. I passed this interview then I met with the HR manager who asked relatively the same type of questions then asked me what motivates me to join or to stay into an organization
