Most of the interview questions were based on generalist type work and lack of process within the function and the need to build it out. It was obvious the HR dept had experienced some sort of churn as many questions were based on how thick of a skin I had in order to be successful in the role and how leadership is lacking in overall support of the HR function. The culture came through during the interview process as very questionable.
