Several questions about working in a matrix environment and dealing with change management. The final interview really had no questions but the VP talking to me about his background as a lawyer and things he's seen as an HR person at the organization. Unfortunately, somewhere during this conversation he said to me he couldn't understand how HR representatives could get so tied up in the emotions of things as our employees tend to do. He proceeded to give me an example of having 2 black HR reps who really got upset during the George Floyd incident. These were the words he used.
