What do you see as the biggest HR challenge in non-profit clinics?
There were interested in hearing about my past experience, thoughts on recruitment and retention strategies.
Describe what employee engagement means to you. Describe a time you felt challenged by ethical decisions.
None were that difficult or unexpected. Most of the questions had to do with scenarios that I had dealt with in the past and were experiences that I had actually had. A panel interview can be difficult for some but I found that these interviewers were non threatening and they asked questions that were expected for this type of position.
