It was a historical resume type Q&A...tell me about this and that - nothing major. One question that surprised me was the Director asking me if I was honorably discharged from the military because his wife was in the military. Given that this position was in the HR department and not in some top secret facility - the question was irrelevant not to mention insulting to me (a proud veteran). In my 20 years of HR experience one thing that holds true in an interview...stay on job related topics.
