Business Challenge We as a department are currently experiencing the following business challenge. Due to the economic downturn our business has shrunk. During your interview tomorrow you’ll be asked to present your solution on how to resolve this challenge from a human resources perspective. This exercise will be 10-15 minutes of presentation and 5-10 minutes of questions from the audience. This presentation will be in front of myself and potentially others.
