No questions. Not actually an interview.
All behavioral based questions - When did I have to follow a policy that I didn't agree with, When did I have to change my course when I didn't think it would work, When did I disagree with a manager?
The interview was standard. Why are you looking, tell us your values, etc. I answered honestly and was given an invite for the personality test. Completed the test, sent a thank you email. Crickets. Sent another email a few weeks later stating I was no longer interested this late in the year, still no response. I wish companies would understand it's not that hard to send a no thank you email. Especially after you make them take a "fit" test that takes well over an hour.
How do you prioritize our employee experience?
Honestly hard to remember, it's been over a year!
