I was asked what interested me in Redfin, about my background in HR, and what I was looking for in my next opportunity. After occupying 30+ minutes of my time, Allison never took the time to follow up with me, even though she stated she would. Its disappointing that she was unable/unwilling to return feedback to someone they elected to engage, in the first place.
Why are you interested in interswitch
Mainly asking about experience, strengths, weakness. What I could contribute etc. There was a mention of company culture a few times and ensuring I would be a good fit but did not fully express what that entailed.
What experience do you have working internationally
Ceo questions; - How much did you pay for your expats at your previous company? - Could you send me the procedure you prepared at your previous company? - Some math and logic questions - A small conversation in english
No specific question comes to mind, but most of the questions were open-ended, behaviorally based questions to find out more about my background relevant to the position, as well as how I had resolved work-related issues and challenges in the past. Some of the questions were challenging, but there were no "gotcha" or off-the-wall questions.
