What most excites you about working for CenturyLink? How many people have you managed in previous roles? What was an event/incident that frustrated you in your previous/current role and how did you handle resolve the issue?
There wasn't a business case run. However, I would describe the interviewing process as both behavioral and functional competency based. Nothing terribly difficult for a seasoned HR professional.
