I was given a Professional Assignment. While this was great and I have really enjoyed it, I never got any feedback from it, just that "they were looking for a different set of skills for the role"/ VERY disappointing.

The HR does not respond properly, she itself is so confused as to which position she is hiring for and has no clue to which candidate she is talking.Please educate the HR's and keep them informed about the recruitment process. Once she is telling me to come down for interview without any call letter and after i remind her that she has not sent any call letter then she realises that she is talking about a different position.This is really ridiculous.
