What happened during the interview?
If I would be willing to be permanently office based without the option of working from home - quite an out of date approach for a telecoms organisation especially in the current climate and the majority of its competitors do offer home working. When discussing salary expectations I told them what mine were they thought they were too high (they are not and within UK benchmark salary range) and asked it I would be willing to be flexible and discussed an offer £10k lower than my current salary. I explained that it was too low and reaffirmed my salary expectations.
