Fairly generic questions at both stages. The practical exercise involved assessing a job description for errors, grammar, tone and recommendations for aligning with CBN's approach - seemed subjective and unclear how this could be a primary assessor of a candidate's true ability or add-value. Remaining Q&A questions were behavioural/situational focused.
