Q: Why do you want to intern with Braathe Enterprises? Q: How did you hear about this position? Q: What is your greatest strength? Q: What is your greatest weakness? And more, that is all I can remember.
They gave me vague scenarios and then asked how I would handle them...I am familiar with competency or scenario-based questions, but these were so vague and lacking in any detail that they were impossible to answer. I literally could not figure out what they were looking for. This is not an interview approach that I have ever experienced before
