It was very easy, because I was never allowed to interview in spite of experience at General Electric, Johnson & Johnson, and Zimmer-Biomet. It appears hiring managers are afraid to hire anyone who has more experience, or has achieved significanly better results with technical products than they have ever achieved.

Was not sure if there would be technical questions. Got asked some pretty general communication questions.

I was asked about floorplanning flow, critical device recognition in schematics, LVS debugging, good ESD layout practices, analog layout practices and electromigration calculations.
Noise analysis of different circuits
The question about PLL finally got me stuck.
Several basic RC, RLC, LR filter questions, like given a step response to input, what will the output looks like. They also asked me about my former internship works (boost converter waveform, compensation). Some control questions too.
