How do you work with others
They asked me to do a short role play and prepare a few sample emails to demonstrate my communication and sales skills. The tasks were very relevant to the Inbound Sales Manager role and gave me a great chance to showcase my approach to real-life scenarios. It felt practical and fair, more like a conversation than a test.

Behavioral questions can be pretty odd. If you are applying for an entry level position and have never done a behavioral interview do some research on sample behavioral questions or you might end up feeling like an idiot. This is the question that baffled me, and i am no stranger to these things. This was for an entry level position: "Tell me about a time you lead a diversity initiative"
