They test for typing proficiency, you complete a work history, then they give you 10 training jobs of various sorts. You are given 3 chances to complete, submit, and correct the jobs. If done to their satisfaction (basically done according to their manual) you are offered a job contingent on passing a background test - which in my case took about 2 months - I was allowed to work while waiting.
History in the field of mental health counseling, and online counseling is an important question to ask, which they did. They asked about my comfort with computer technology, my special fields of interest in the mental health field.
