1st round phone interviews consist of 2 calls from 2 different desks. For me, it was from sales and structuring. Mostly behavioral questions for my call from the structuring desk plus brainteaser, while sales interviewer got a lot more on technical questions and markets. 2nd round face to face was pretty chill, talked about markets,motivation and was asked about some behavioral questions.
