Information Systems Manager Interview Questions

Oh boy where do I start? Just to make it clear I'm not a client but a candidate for a job interview as an "IT Engineer". FYI is a *@#$% to get to their office at which you wait for the gate to be opened and told to wait at what seems to be a run down pantry. Let's get to the interview process now. I was brought in to a room with two individuals one being there interviewer aka also the #*@$ followed by one of their IT Programmer and the others I'm not sure. First thing I got from !@*# was "your resume is hard to understand" well of course it would be that's because !@&*# isn't a creative individual to being with. Moving on he went on to ask me about my myself which I obviously explain briefly he then challenged me based on my 2nd last job which is being a market editor for a O&G firm as well as being an IT infrastructure individual. He then proceed to ask me questions that were irrelevant to the job description like what ship is used to ship LPG? Or bunker fuel. Let's pause here for a second, I'm applying for a job which was described as IT and nothing O&G but this @&#$$% thought I smoked my resume or I was lying about my job history. Like why dafuq would I do that? He went on to make me feel small but in my mind I was like "*!@# this, like anyone would wanna work with this A hole" also if you do a search you will find that they had a 15 staff turnover in just 2 months in 2008. I won't be surprised if there's any changes 8 years on. He went on to say "since you are a programmer how come you are unaware of loops and stuff". First thing first I was NEVER programmer. I was an analyst. Here's the best part he didn't know the difference between a analyst and a engineer. He said I should call myself an data engineer. !@*#$ I know what I worked as, why does it matter to you what position I was called? You think I'm going to change my resume cause of that? Clearly the job description didn't state anything about programming or automation, if it did I wouldn't have applied. The other guy called Eric aka their long term programmer just set there saying a word or two about how he needs someone to programme and automate. @#&*$% if you needed someone like that then put it up clearly on the job description !@(#@!*(#. To end it !@(# said "so you are looking at 4k because I'm assuming you make $xxxx before" it sounded like as if I'm asking too much. Just so you know prior to going for an interview with this @#&$# Facebook was willing to pay me up to 5-7k. Talk about being a cheapskate. He probably wanted to low ball me because I'm neither a diploma or degree holder. I worked my way up, through all the hard work and skills throughout the way. You could tell how proud he was and arrogant. Try being humble next time @#*$!. They would help with hiring next time. God bless those who are willing to work here.
