What I liked is they didn't asked the typical interview questions. Every person I met with made me feel comfortable and it was just a simple conversation with back and forth questions. The only group I met with that struggled was the Infrastructure team of employees I would have managed. They were a little lost and clueless on what to ask only half the team asked any questions.
Questions were related to the industry not my skills which was annoying, it should have been a flag that no one knew what they were doing
