Phone interviews asked one question related to database index optimization, which is beyond my knowledge, kind of trying to test ability to solve problems you never met
What has made you a good leader?
I think one of them was something like: Tell me about a time you received some feedback that you didn't agree with. Describe the situation, what was the feedback, and how did you react? Something along those lines.
I was asked about whether I took part in any activities here. It totally took me off guard because I had only arrived in the states few months before and still adjusted to life here. I did not take this question well.
