Besides the classic interview questions I was asked to prepare a Case Study where I had to answer several questions about my experience so far. It was a really nice and open talk. In the Case Study I had to describe how I would approach certain project situations or clients. The interviewers did not try to pressure me or anything - they mostly seemed curious about my problem solving skills and were interested in my point of view.
