-Initial technical interview: I applied for the Innovation Consultant role (business strategy). I was presented with several scenarios on how I will tackle different business problems etc. The questions are more technical I guess related to your discipline i.e. business strategy, science, etc - Technical/ case study interview (with presentation): this was the most intense. Started with a presentation on a topic (innovation option/s within the snack industry) sent before the interview. Then several case studies to walkthrough (3-4 industries) with the interviewers. Similar to the case study interview format. There was a numerical element too (basic math). - Behavioural/ competency interview: this is more conversation-like the interviewers ask questions about your experience, competencies e.t.c. Similar to the first interview typical scenarios are presented then questions are provided. The focus is soft skills: team work, problem-solving etc
