The questions of the second interview were either very generic (tell us about yourself etc.) or project management oriented. With regards to the latter, almost all questions described "catastrophic" scenarios, asking how I would deal in these situations. These questions were not particularly difficult, but it was clear that the interviewer was a bit confused about the role and scope of the position of an officer. It's also worth mentioning that the HR people asked vague questions like "What makes you anxious in your everyday life?" on the last interview, to some of which my (admittedly equally vague) answers were met with eye rolling.
