The recruiter asked me: -Tell me about yourself and CV? -Why Hubspot and why this role? -Are you in another interview process? -Do you have familiarity with tools like Articulate Rise, Captivate etc.? The head of department asked me: -Tell me about your current job and how it relates to the job you are applying for -Tell me a time you failed -How do you organize your work? and other questions I don't remember.
They inquired into specific skill sets in a manner that caused me to verify proficiency with the skill sets, versus know about them or being superficially exposed to the tool/skill.
Where do you fit in this organization?
They asked about management experience and approach to managing teams, though this wasn't at all a management role, and it wasn't mentioned previously in the job spec or by the recruiter. This was one of the questions that wasn't relevant and definitely threw me even though I have plenty of experience managing teams.
